Cross Agricultural Engineering Ltd. are currently seeking a Graduate for this position who is graduating this year or has graduated in the past 3 years.

About the Company: Cross is a leading Engineering company who specialize in the design and manufacturing of farm, biogas, commercial and food processing machinery. We offer a top of the range service as standard to all our customers, this is a result of dedicated planning and design work which will continue with the successful candidate. Currently there are 50 staff working in a state of the art factory.

About the Job:
-Take part in the specification of mechanical components on agricultural machinery

-Diagnose problems with parts arriving on warranty (eg. Gearboxes, pto shafts, pumps, etc.)
-Order components to suit machinery builds
-Deal with customers on spare parts queries on a technical level
-Carry out stock control tasks on current machine builds in the factory

​Requirements:
-Strong interest in farm machinery or a willingness to learn about agricultural products.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good computer skills 
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 

This is a 2 year graduate program and the successful candidate can achieve management level within the company upon completion.
